Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Brand Strategist to lead and evolve our brand across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of brand-building, creative leadership, and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on brand thinker who can develop, implement, and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tonality, visual identity, and positioning across teams and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand guidelines, voice, tone, and positioning across all verticals.
  • Define and maintain a cohesive brand strategy aligned with business, marketting goals and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, products, and channels.
  • Lead and mentor designers, writers, and other creatives to align with brand standards.
  • Actively contribute to brand storytelling, creative briefs, and campaign planning.
  • Audit brand presence across all digital and physical assets and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop tools and systems (e.g., brand toolkits, style guides) to empower teams to deliver brand-aligned content.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally—fostering brand love and cultural alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, audience behavior, and competitor branding to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or marketing roles with a proven track record of building or managing a brand.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling.
  • Experience owning brand guidelines and collaborating with cross-functional creative and business teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate and defend brand decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with creative teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with clarity and efficiency.
