About the Role: Are you part marketer, part technologist, and all about great customer experience? We’re looking for a CLM Lead who blends marketing intuition with technical expertise. In this role, you’ll shape customer journeys, build and optimize our MarTech ecosystem, and use data and AI to unlock growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Implementation & Integration: Drive implementation and seamless integration of lifecycle marketing tools, CDPs, analytics engines, attribution platforms, and engagement platforms.
  • Marketing Stack Architecture: Plan, lead, and architect the full-stack marketing technology ecosystem for First Living Spaces brands, integrating AdTech, MarTech, and Analytics tools with internal platforms and databases.
  • Journey Builder & Campaign Execution: Strategically design, build, and deploy end-to-end automated journeys across lifecycle stages (welcome, nurture, drop-offs, reactivation, loyalty). Oversee campaign creation, QA, and execution across all channels – email, push, in-app, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Hands-on Execution: Work extensively within tools to configure, launch, optimize, and analyze omnichannel customer journeys across mobile app, web, email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Content, Design, Data Science) and external vendors to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Use of AI in CLM: Leverage AI-driven personalization engines and predictive analytics (e.g., churn scoring, product recommendations, send-time optimization) to improve lifecycle performance and customer LTV.
  • Data Strategy & Insight Generation: Lead the setup and governance of data pipelines across platforms. Use analytics to generate actionable insights that improve conversion and customer engagement.
  • MarTech Innovation & Future Readiness: Stay current with trends in personalization, CDPs, GenAI, and MarTech innovations. Recommend and pilot new solutions aligned to business goals.
  • AI & Personalization Innovation: Stay current with innovations in GenAI, personalization tools, and machine learning models. Explore and implement AI use cases across the lifecycle for improved engagement and automation.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold data privacy and ethical marketing standards. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and data protection laws.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of lifecycle platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.
  • Deep understanding of journey builders, customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, and lifecycle metrics (retention rate, churn rate, repeat rate).
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign execution and reporting across mobile and web platforms.
  • Solid understanding of CDP, identity resolution, and real-time personalization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in deriving actionable insights from behavioural and transactional data.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, tech, data, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
  • Technical expertise in setting up and integrating tools like Firebase GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Branch, BigQuery, and visualization platforms like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI.
  • Exposure to advanced MarTech/AdTech stacks including GA360, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in deploying GenAI use cases in marketing such as content automation, predictive modelling, and chat-based campaigns.
  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth consumer tech companies.
  • Knowledge of Agile and sprint-based execution methodology.
